On July 27, 2009 Mikah Sykes, The Moonrats and Warpaint played a show at Valentines in Portland. It might be a bit hard to decipher...but listen very closely and you'll hear Mikah say "and go get that magazine they're free". He's talking about US.
And by the way, I went all the way to the Electric Factory last night to get smacked in the face with SOLD OUT. Harsh, but in retrospect, it was sort of stupid to try to buy tickets to see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs on the day of the show about half an hour after the doors have opened. What can I say, I'm an optomist.
